Directions

  1. MInce up the onion, green pepper, and garlic. Grate the carrot.
  2. Melt the butter and lightly saute the onion and garlic. Add in the pork and saute further.
  3. Next, add in and saute the carrot and green pepper, season with (A) and continue to stir together until the cooking liquid is boiled down.
  4. Place your desired amount of rice into a bowl and add in (3) alongside. Sprinkle on some green peas before serving.

Cooking Basics

Onions - finely chopped

Cut the onion with its outer skin removed vertically in half, and thinly slice cut-side down without cutting as far as the base. Then lay the knife flat and insert horizontal cuts, finely chopping from end to end.


Garlic - mincing

Remove the skin of the garlic clove, and cut vertically in half. Then remove the core, slice thinly cut-side down without cutting as far as the base part, and lay the knife flat and insert horizontal cuts. Finally, mince from end to end.
