Directions

  1. Thinly slice the tuna and cut the avocado into pieces 5 mm (1/4 in.) thick.
    Thinly slice the onion and dry.
    Cut the daikon radish sprouts into easy-to-eat lengths.
  2. Arrange the tuna on a plate, and pile on the avocado and onions in the center.
    Sprinkle with the daikon radish sprouts.
  3. Pour on the olive oil and soy sauce, then serve.
