Directions

  1. Remove the seeds and pulp from the squash and cut into bite-size pieces.
  2. Pour (A) into a pot, and put in (1) skin-side down.
    Cover and heat until boiling, then simmer over low heat for 15 minutes until the liquid is almost gone.
