Directions

  1. Chop the spinach and divide the shimeji mushrooms into individual stems.
  2. Cut the bacon into 1 cm (1/2 in.) wide strips and fry in a pan until crispy.
  3. Heat the butter in a pan, then saute the spinach, adding the salt, white pepper and soy sauce gradually.
  4. Serve (3) on dishes sprinkled with crumbled pieces of the bacon (2).
