- Wash and chop the mustard spinach.
- Mix the ingredients of (A) to make the sauce.
Oil a pot with the sesame oil, then saute the minced garlic, long onion and meat.
When the meat is cooked, add (B) and 100 ml (3-1/2 fl. oz.) of water and heat until it boils.
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the mustard spinach (1).
Season lightly with salt and pour the miso meat sauce over the vegetables.
