Sweet potatoes made sweeter!

- Clean the sweet potatoes and, if desired, peel the skin in several places.
Cut into 1-1/2 cm (1/2 in.) pieces and place in water.
- Put the sweet potatoes and simmering stock into a pot and cover the ingredients with aluminum foil.
Cook over medium heat until the stock reduces.
