  1. Quickly boil the chrysanthemum leaves, squeeze out excess moisture and chop into 3 cm (1.2 in.) lengths.
  2. Pick off the petals of the chrysanthemum flowers and boil in water with a splash of vinegar.
  3. Combine (1) and (2), dress with (A) and serve into dishes.
