A salad using the flower and greens of the chrysanthemum, symbol of Japan.

- Parboil the chrysanthemum greens, then gently squeeze dry and cut into 3 cm (roughly 1-1/2 in.) lengths.
- Pick apart the petals of the chrysanthemum flower.
Boil in water with a few drops of vinegar.
- Mix (1) and (2) together, soak in (A) and serve.
