  1. Divide the red beller pepper in half vertically, remove the seeds and thinly slice.
  2. Add a pinch of salt and boil the bell pepper for 2 min. Remove, rinse under cold water in a strainer, and dry by wrapping in a towel.
  3. Dress the cottage cheese and (2) with (A) and place in a dish.

Cut the bell pepper in half, fold the stem and then remove the seeds with your fingers. This is an easier and less wasteful method than using a knife.
