- Boil the spinach along with a dash of salt, rinse under cold water, dry and cut into 3 cm (1.2 in.) lengths.
- Slice the ham into 2 mm (very thin) widths, and 3 cm (1.2 in.) long pieces
- Roast the almonds until fragrant on aluminum foiled tray in a toaster.
- Mix 1-3 in a bowl, dress with (A).
