80 g (2-3/4 oz.)

400 g (about 1 lb.)

(A)dashi soup

1 Tbsp

500 ml (about 2-1/4 US cups)

(B)

1 Tbsp

1/2 Tbsp

2 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Cut the onion into slightly thick strips.
  2. Cut the pork into large, bite-size pieces.
  3. Boil (A) in a pot.
    Pour in soy sauce, mirin, (1) and (2).
    Boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix together (B), pour into the hot pot and mix well to thicken the curry sauce.
  5. Boil the udon, remove when tender and dry.
  6. Pour (4) on (5), garnish with green onions.
