- Lightly dry the tofu with paper towels, cut into 4 equal pieces. Place on a plate and cool in a refrigerator.
- Cut the honeywort stems into 1 cm (1/2 in.) lengths. Open and flatten each piece by hand.
- Evenly place each leaf on the tofu pieces, mix the dressing from (A) and pour on.
