Tofu salad soaked in soy dressing.

- Vertically cut the tofu in half, then horizontally into 3 pieces.
Mix (A) together, and soak the tofu in half the amount of (A) in a separate bowl.
- Tear the lettuce into edible pieces.
Cut the tomato into bite-size pieces and the cucumber into thin rounds.
- After drying the tofu with paper towels, add along with the vegetables to a bowl.
Dress with the remaining half of (A).
