Directions

  1. Mash and break apart the cucumber with the back edge of a knife.
    Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Break apart the tofu by hand and place in a bowl.
    Add (1) on top and dress with Kikkoman Ponzu Sauce.
