Directions

  1. Cut the chives into 5 cm (2 in) lengths. Quickly boil and wring dry.
  2. Dress (1) with (A) and pile together.
  3. Quickly roast the sakura shrimp. Finely chop and sprinkle on top of (2) before serving.
