Directions

  1. Cut the beef into edible size pieces. Soak in (A) and set aside.
  2. Mix together (B).
  3. Thinly slice the mushroom into 3-4 cm (1.5 in) lengths. Cut the spring onion into 2 cm (3/4 in) lengths. Remove the hard core from the cabbage and tear into large bite size pieces.
  4. Heat 1 tbsp of salad oil in a fry pan and fry the beef. Once the color has completely turned, remove and set aside.
  5. Add an additional 1/2 tbsp of salad oil the same fry pan and stir fry (3) for 1-2 min. Add the beef again, pour on (2) and stir fry until well done.
