Directions

  1. Thinly slice the onion and soak in water for 5 minutes.
    Remove and press dry with paper towels.
  2. Remove the large pits from the pickled apricots and mash.
    Mix well with the katsuobushi, soy sauce and olive oil.
    Dress with (1) to serve.
