Directions

  1. Cut the tofu in half, wrap in paper towels and microwave for 30 seconds.
  2. Peel and finely grate the yam.
  3. Place (1) in a bowl and mash.
  4. Add (2) to (3), mix together well and season with tsuyu.
  5. Serve all in a bowl and sprinkle on the green seaweed.
