350ml (12oz, 2 rice cups)

Directions

  1. Wash rice, and then place into rice cooker and then add about 13oz of water (385ml, a little more than the amount of rice in the cooker). If using the markings inside the rice cooker add only enough water to reach just slightly below the line indicating the appropriate water level. Add in seasonings under (A) and then let rice cook.
  2. Finely chop garlic root. Once rice is done mix chopped garlic to rice. Once rice is plated top with pine nuts and serve.
