Baguette Pizza Sticks

Easy to make and you only need one hand to eat it!

Ingredients(Servings: 4)

1 loaf

50g (1.7oz)

2 slices

3 spears

2 Tbsp

3 1/2 Tbsp

60g (2oz)


  1. Slice baguette in half lengthwise and then quarter each half to make four sticks.
  2. Thinly slice onion and bacon. Cut asparagus diagonally into thin slices.
  3. Spread 1 1/2 Tbsp of olive oil then ketchup on bread sticks, place on onion, bacon and asparagus slices.
  4. Spread on remaining 2 Tbsp of ketchup and sprinkle on cheese.
  5. Bake at 160C (320F) for ten minutes then serve.
