A hearty tomato and pork stew loaded with vegetables!

- Cut pork into bit-size portions and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Slice cabbage into small, easy to eat portions. Boil asparagus then cut into 3-4 cm (1 1/2 inch) pieces. Slice onion into wedges.
- Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat. First add pork, then onion slices and saute. When the onion slices become transparent add cabbage and quickly saute.
- Add ingredients from (A), mix and let simmer for 15 minutes. Last, add the asparagus, salt and pepper as needed, then serve.
