- Dice the carrot so pieces are roughly the same size as the chickpeas, then boil. Peel tomatoes by setting them in boiling water for a few moment to loosen skin, then peel.
- Dice ham, cucumber and tomatoes into equal sized portions.
- Mix ingredients for dressing in a bowl. Combine with ingredients from (2) and drained chickpeas and mix thoroughly.
