Directions

  1. Drain juice from beans, place in boiling water and boil for a minute or so.
  2. Remove string from celery and cut into 1 cm (1/3 inch) pieces.
  3. Devein shrimp, boil in slightly salted water, drain and remove shells.
  4. Combine ingredients from (A) to make dressing.
  5. Mix ingredients from (1), (2), (3) with dressing (4) and serve.
