Using soy milk helps make these muffins extra healthy.

- Cut cheese into 5mm (1/5 inch) pieces.
- In a bowl, mix soy milk and honey. With a spatula, stir in pancake mix.
- Mix in cheese from (1) and roasted black sesame seeds. Spoon into paper cupcake cups so 2/3 full.
- Cook in a steamer for 10 minutes. (For a microwave oven, cook on high (500W) for 1 minute 30 seconds.) Muffins are best when eaten right away.
