- Pour ingredients from (A) into a fry pan, add ground pork and simmer, making sure to stir so the meat remains loose.
- When meat is browned, add both varieties of beans. Turn off heat when most of moisture boils off.
- Dish rice onto a plate, tear lettuce into small pieces and spread over rice. Dish on mixture from (2), top with diced tomatoes and shredded cheese.
