Directions

  1. Coat the chicken with seasoning (A) and massage in by hand.
  2. Peel the tomatoes and cut into 1-2 cm (3/4 in.) cubes.
  3. Heat the salad oil in a pan, and cook (1) until browned. Transfer to a pot, add the bouillon and heat.
  4. Grate the ginger root, garlic, carrot and onion, and add to (3) with (2).
  5. Add (B) to the pot and bring to a boil. Cook for 30 minues over low heat. Sprinkle on the parsley.
