Directions

  1. Cut the tofu into 1.5 cm (1/2 in.) cubes.
  2. Remove the stems from the enokidake, and cut them into 2 cm (3/4 in.) lengths. Finely chop the Japanese long onion.
  3. Heat (A) and (2) in a pot. When it comes to a boil, add the tofu (1) and remove the scum.
  4. Season with (B), and add the starch dissolved in 1 Tbsp of water to thicken.
