  1. Boil and wash the somen noodles, drain, then place equal portions in 4 small bowls.
  2. Dice the Sichuan pickles, ginger root, garlic and Japanese long onion, then saute them in sesame oil.
  3. Add (A) to (2), and when brought to a boil, pour onto (1) and sprinkle on the sesame seeds.
