(B)sauce

Directions

  1. Season the pork with (A).
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, and saute (1) until fragrant.
  3. Put (B) into the pan (2), then cook while mixing together. When it comes to a boil, return (2) to the pan, and coat with the sauce.
  4. Julienne the cabbage.
  5. Serve (3) and (4) on plates.

Separate the leaves and remove the core. Cut the leaves in half lengthwise to make it easier to julienne, then stack, roll up, and slice very thinly from end to end.
