Directions

  1. Thinly slice onion perpendicular to grain.
  2. Tear apart Egyptian spinach into bite-size pieces.
  3. Put olive oil and (1) into pot, and saute until transparent.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes and (A) to (3), and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Adjust flavor with salt and pepper. Add (2), then quickly cook. Serve in individual bowls.
