Directions

  1. Wash lemons well. Grate peel of whole lemon, julienne peel of half lemon, then quickly boil. Squeeze 2 Tbsp of juice from lemons.
  2. Cook pasta following instructions in water with 2 Tbsp of salt (extra) added. Place in colander, and only drain a little. Together with olive oil, butter, lemon juice and grated lemon peel, put in pot and combine.
  3. Serve on individual plates with julienned lemon peels and rose peppers sprinkled on top.
