An elegant and refreshing dish

- Wash lemons well. Grate peel of whole lemon, julienne peel of half lemon, then quickly boil. Squeeze 2 Tbsp of juice from lemons.
- Cook pasta following instructions in water with 2 Tbsp of salt (extra) added. Place in colander, and only drain a little. Together with olive oil, butter, lemon juice and grated lemon peel, put in pot and combine.
- Serve on individual plates with julienned lemon peels and rose peppers sprinkled on top.
