Directions

  1. Wash the rice, then drain in a colander.
  2. Thinly slice up the mushrooms.
  3. Saute the diced onion in vegetable oil, then add the ingredients from (2) and quickly saute together.
  4. Place the ingredients from (1), (3), the raisins, red wine, (A) and soy sauce into a rice cooker. Next, mix together and cook as usual.
