- Peel sweet potato, cut into pieces 2 cm (3/4 in.) thick and rinse with water. Boil until soft in boiling water with salt (extra) added.
- Dry sweet potato and mash with masher. Add soy sauce, sugar, butter and whipped egg yolk and combine.
- Pack into aluminum foil baking cups. Mix together (A), and apply with brush. Cook in oven toaster for 4-5 minutes until it is browned.
