- Cut chicken into 6 pieces, and season with (A). Set aside for 30 minutes.
- Cut unpeeled potatoes in half, rinse in water and then dry.
- Place (1) and (2) on baking tray and brush on olive oil. Bake in oven at 200 C (390 F) for 30 minutes.
- Serve on plates garnished with watercress and optional yuzu chili paste.
