Directions

  1. Heat 1 tsp of sesame oil and saute ground meat. Add finely chopped shiitake mushrooms and Japanese long onion, mix and then saute together.
  2. Add (A) to (1), and when comes to boil over high heat, remove from heat.
  3. Boil Chinese noodles, coat with 1 tsp of sesame oil and serve. Top with (2) and garnish with cilantro.
