Directions

  1. Add the spinach to lightly salted (salt not included in ingredients) boiling water and boil it until bright.
    Cut the spinach into 3 cm (1-1/4 in.) lengths, then quickly saute with butter and season with salt and white pepper.
  2. Lightly butter (not included in ingredients) ramekin molds and cover them with the spinach.
    Then beat the eggs and add them, and place the cheese on top.
    After sprinkling each ramekin with a little soy sauce, bake in an oven toaster for 4-5 minutes.
