- Julienne the cabbage, and thinly slice the radish, cucumber and celery.
Rinse the raisins and lightly dry.
- Place (1) in a large bowl.
Then mix the dressing (A) together, season ingredients in the bowl, and serve in individual bowls or plates.
Garnish with parsley or other colorful herbs and spices.
