- Cut the Spanish mackerel in half.
- Combine ingredients in (A), then add the yuzu and marinate (1) for approximately 10 minutes.
- Remove liquid from the Spanish mackerel and grill.
Flip over and place yuzu on top of the fish.
Grill until browned and serve.
