Directions

  1. Cut the Spanish mackerel in half.
  2. Combine ingredients in (A), then add the yuzu and marinate (1) for approximately 10 minutes.
  3. Remove liquid from the Spanish mackerel and grill.
    Flip over and place yuzu on top of the fish.
    Grill until browned and serve.
