- Thinly slice the garlic, and cut the rosemary and thyme into appropriate lengths.
- Coat the salmon with (A) and place (1) on top, then pour on the olive oil and set aside for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Remove liquid from (2), then grill in an oven for 12-13 minutes at 230 C (450 F) until browned.
- Serve on dishes garnished with lemon wedges.
