Directions

  1. Peel the pumpkin in various places, then divide into 4 pieces.
    Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 5 to 6 minutes at 600 W.
    Allow to cool, then coarsely smash and set aside to cool further.
  2. Cut the cream cheese into small cubes.
  3. Loosely mix together (1), (2) and (A), then serve on plates lined with lettuce.
