Directions

  1. Thinly slice the garlic, and mince the anchovy fillet.
  2. Add (1) to (A) and mix together.
  3. Remove the stems from the okra, then using a little salt (not listed in ingredients), gently rub the okra to remove the fine hairs.
    Quickly boil in boiling water, then drain and marinate in (2).
    While occasionally mixing, marinate until cool.
