- Shred the cabbage into 5 mm (1/4 in.) wide strips.
Diagonally slice the Vienna sausages into thin cuts.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, then fry the French fries until crispy.
Add and saute the Vienna sausages, then add and quickly saute the cabbage.
- Serve on a dish, pour on the tomato sauce and mayonnaise, then sprinkle with the shredded cheese.
