430 g (15 oz.)

450 g (4 US cups or 1 lb.)

120 ml (1/2 US cup)

60 ml (1/4 US cup)

60 ml (1/4 US cup)

  1. Marinate the chicken in the Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce for 10 minutes.
    Drain the chicken and discard the marinade.
  2. Saute the chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
    Remove the chicken with a slotted spoon and set aside.
  3. Arrange half of the chips in a large casserole dish or large shallow baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
    Sprinkle with half of the chicken, beans and cheese, then repeat layers with the remaining chips, chicken, beans and cheese.
  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 C (350 F) for 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
  5. Sprinkle the green onions on top.
    Blend together the Kikkoman Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce and Kikkoman Soy Sauce in a small bowl, then drizzle half of the sauce over the nachos.
  6. Serve with the remaining sauce and sour cream.
