Directions

  1. Remove tendons from the tenderloins, then season with salt and wine.
    Parboil the chicken, and cut into 2 cm (3/4 in.) thick slivers.
  2. Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed.
    Cut into 1 cm (1/2 in.) thick slices.
