A side dish with minced pork that goes great with rice

- Remove the bean sprout roots.
Cut the bamboo shoots into thin slices, then remove the bell pepper seeds and cut into thin slices as well.
Mince the garlic and ginger root.
- Heat the salad oil in a wok, then stir-fry the garlic, ginger root and ground pork.
Add (A) and cook together.
Add the bean sprouts, bamboo shoots and bell peppers and stir-fry over high heat.
Pour in (B) from around the edges of the wok.
Adjust the flavor with salt and pepper.
Add the starch dissolved in water, then gently stir together and serve.
