Directions

  1. Cut the prosciutto into bite-size pieces.
    Cut the apple into wedge and coat them with lemon juice.
    Tear the arugula into easy-to-eat pieces.
  2. Roast the walnut until fragrant and coarsely chop.
  3. Mix together (A) to make the dressing.
  4. Mix (1) and serve on plates covered with the dressing (3).
    Top with the walnuts (2) and enjoy.
