Directions

  1. Cut the cucumbers in half crosswise and gently beat the peel-side of the 4 halves.
    Remove the portion of the cucumbers with seeds, then cut into 1 cm (1/2 in.) wide pieces and lightly sprinkle with salt.
  2. Combine the ingredients for the dressing (A) in a bowl.
