Directions

  1. Cut the potato in half without peeling it.
    Place both halves on a heat-safe plate and cover loosely with plastic wrap.
    Microwave for 3 to 4 minutes at 600 W.
  2. Pour the soy sauce on (1) and sprinkle with the cheese.
    Heat in an over toaster for 3 to 4 minutes until the cheese has lightly browned, then serve on dishes sprinkled with parsley.
