Directions

  1. Place (A) into a fry pan and bring to a boil. Add in the onions, sprinkle in the ground meat to spread throughout the entire pan, then cover with a lid. Once boiling, simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Use a circular motion to pour in the beaten eggs, cover with a lid and turn off the heat, allowing to cook to the desired hardness.
  3. Place the rice into two bowls and top both with (2).
