Kikkoman Intellectual Property Report 2006
This September, Kikkoman Corporation disclosed the English version of its Intellectual Property Report 2006 on the company’s website. The Japanese version was posted online this August.
The trend toward disclosure of intellectual property reports in order to bolster the international competence of key Japanese industries started about two years ago. These reports present significant information on corporate values that cannot be gleaned from financial data. Some 20 companies in Japan have disclosed such reports; Kikkoman began making its report available to the public last year.
